Two weeks and Counting
This year's event is shaping up to be bigger and better than last years. We have a bunch of good cooking teams, great vendors, and new and entertaining events. I'm very excited about the addition of the Car Guys and their Up in Smoke Car Show on Friday night.
If you haven't sent in your application to be a vendor or cooking team, now is the time. We've got 14 days and you don't won't to miss you opportunity to be in this year's cookoff.

You Boys ready for some competition? May the trash talk officially begin .....
A new GRAND CHAMPION will be crowned for 2006. Guess who its going to be. Give up? ITS ME. You boys and girls can just stay at home. Or better yet come on down and bring your burnt, dried out, no tasteing shoe leather. See you there, oh there is on the stage getting the $$$$$$$ HA HA HA HA
